We offer partner yoga 'Play-and-Have-fun-workshops' on a regular basis, in our experience they are a great possibility to spend quality time with your, or a yoga partner! Yoga practiced together cultivates a reciprocol connection through touch, support, playfulness, trust and rhythm.

It can be spontaneous and awkward, yet funny and challenging. Practicing with your partner in life might allow you to see your partner in a way that you never experienced before. It can help you to break down the judgements and attachments that you bring to your partner and your relationship. As yoga is a great tool to get rid of tension, partner yoga can release mental and physical tension which in turn allows you to connect to him / her with mind, body, and spirit.
Most of all, Partner yoga should be FUN!
You can of course bring your partner in life or a person with whom you want to mutually share this great experience. Enjoy the mutual support as you'll practice yoga postures together that will help you to feel your body's capacities and limitations.
Besides that you'll get plenty of opportunities to spoil each other as Chris will teach you some effective massage techniques to invite tension in the body to be released.
