To a mind that is still, the whole universe surrenders.

Meditation Intensive

 Being in a meditative state is about pointing your awareness inwards and focussing on the processes that involve thinking, doing, interpreting, judging and identifying. This focus will enable you to observe and see through the patterns that dominate these processes. In other words: you will become aware of them. Once you are, you can then  decide to either let go of them, or transform them...

The Intensive will offer different forms of meditation, focussing on
* breathing (pranayama)
* mantras (use your voice for melody and words)
* movement (dynamic meditation)
* posture (silent meditation).

Learning to meditate involves learning to focus, relax in action and let go of stresses in the body and mind. Meditating on a regular basis will help you to become more conscious about the different aspects of life.

The Intensive will start with a yoga posture sequence (accessible to everyone) to be aware of the body, the rhythm and quality of the breath and to allow yourself to only pay attention to what's happening with you at that moment.

Depending on the registrations the Intensive will be taught in Dutch or English.
