Are you curious about yoga?
Did you encounter, or practice yoga before, and are curious about yoga at Yogashala? For as long as social distancing applies, you are most welcome to join (one of) our classes online as well.
If you’re new to yoga, the class will give you a first impression of a yoga in a group class setting (compared to yoga in a private setting), the style of yoga you choose and will meet one of us, Chris & Anke, the founders and senior teachers at Yogashala. Please beware that joining a class with an open mind and no particular expectations will give you an honest and authentic experience and impression.
Classes on offer
Yin yoga classes are quite easy to follow, as the postures don’t require a lot of instructions. For this reason, this style of yoga is certainly appropriate for beginners.
Dynamic yoga classes are movement-based practices, a journey through and with the body. They are about becoming aware of the body and deepening the awareness of and in it.
In Kundalini yoga classes you will be guided to continuously pay attention to and combine physical effort, coordination and energetic breathing.
