We, Chris & Anke, are yoga enthusiasts in heart and soul. Since the opening of our doors in date 2006 the message has been clear to us, to share this passion for yoga with every visitor to Yogashala.

Many of those visitors have become Yogashala yogis as yoga became a part of their lives also!
Yoga is for everyone. If this form of movement, awareness, refinement and stillness appeals to you, we offer various forms of yoga and contribute our knowledge in a direct way, full of motivation, with a down-to-earth approach. Pranayama, the training of breath, and meditation are a part of this method.
We teach various forms of yoga, from Yin Yoga, to Dynamic Yoga, to Kundalini Yoga. Within these various forms of yoga, the 'Yin' and 'Yang' complement each other in a convincing way, so convincing that a number of Yogashala yogis are coming at least twice a week to Yogashala!
